Kathy Goh is a certified yoga instructor based in Vancouver, Canada. She has over 12 years of experience teaching the beautiful exercise at gyms, studios, and in private. She is also an internationally accredited floral designer and the owner of G7 Florist. She has dedicated 40 year-long career to floral design and has taught at school boards, unions, community centers, shows, and in private for over 30 years. Kathy believes that both yoga and floral design can be learned by anyone and is a great way to connect with our inner soul and body.

Margaret is the creator behind Sincerely.Bo, a Toronto based boutique design studio specializing in custom lettering and calligraphy. She provides calligraphy and hand engraving services for events, brands and workshops. Calligraphy is a very therapeutic form of art especially in this busy world. She is excited to inspire you to the many possibilities of applying calligraphy to things around us.

Jackie is the first “advanced Pastel Nagomi Art instructor (certified by the Japan Pastel Hope Art Association)” in Ontario, as well as an “intuitive pastel healing art practitioner (certified by the Asia-Pacific Association of Integration Medical)”. While her formal education and background is in the technical field, she has always been appreciative of the benefits that art brings to our lives. She came across Pastel Nagomi Art, founded by Mr. Hosoya Norikatsu, last August and was instantly intrigued by it because of the therapeutic nature, the simplicity and uniqueness of this art form. Before long, she has decided to enroll in the official program to become a Pastel Nagomi Art instructor so she can be a part of the community to promote this therapeutic art, to spread positivity & hope, and to help brings out the artistic side within every one of us.
